Delft Repository has been developed with the explicit aim of providing the widest possible audience with access to the scientific and technological resources issued by TU Delft.
The material on the website comprises articles, lectures, theses, reports, images etc. and is used within an Open Access framework. Within this structure, the authors are personally responsible for the material they produce and deposit.
TU Delft makes every reasonable effort to reach agreement on the use of digital texts and images with the holders of the intellectual property rights. In some cases this may not be possible because one or more entitled parties or heirs cannot be traced or because the policy of the publisher is unknown to the administrators of Delft Repository.
Persons or institutions who wish to exercise potential rights to texts or digital objects published on the website of Delft Repository should contact the Delft Repository Team, specifying the title of the course and the related material. In such cases, TU Delft Repository may have to amend or remove the material.
This site is designed for educational, social and non-profit-making purposes. No payment is made for material submitted for publication and reference on the site. TU Delft accepts no responsibility for improper use of the site, or for rights or claims deriving from the use of the site.
