What is UNESCO-IHE Repository?
UNESCO-IHE Repository is the digital source of public scientific publications (full text) of UNESCO-IHE. The material in a repository comprises the set of bibliographic details and the full-text document. In the future, a repository might also include data collections and different types of records, for example audio and video files. In this way, this information will be permanently stored for use by future generations. UNESCO-IHE Repository makes an important contribution to the national and international profile of UNESCO-IHE and the pursuit of knowledge valorisation and internationalisation.
UNESCO-IHE Repository is an initiative within the nationwide NARCIS portal. NARCIS has been developed by the KNAW to increase visibility and retrievability of Dutch scientific research. The former DAREnet and information from the Dutch Research Database (NOD) are integrated into one portal. NARCIS gives access to scientific information consisting of (open access) publications from all the Dutch universities, KNAW, NWO, and a number of scientific research institutes. The NARCIS portal provides access to more than 200,000 open access publications. For more information, please see: www.narcis.nl.
