(mentor) Faculty Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science Department Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics Date 2016-07-01 Abstract This thesis gives a more detailed version of a proof from Daniel Mauldin that the set of continuous functions defined on the interval $[0,1]$ that are nowhere differentiable is not Borel. On the other hand, it is shown that the same set is Lebesgue Measurable. The theorems and definitions that are necessary in the proofs are given in the Glossary, where a knowledge of the course Real Analysis is expected.
