During the past decade the efficiency of perovskite solar cells has improved enormously exceeding now values over 24%. In an MHP absorber layer, charge carriers are generated on optical excitation, and decay by band-to-band recombination or by other undesired loss mechanisms. In this thesis, the relationship between material properties, including constituents and morphology of the MHP layer and these processes is studied. The charge carrier dynamics describing these light-induced processes are studied by the time resolved microwave photoconductivity (TRMC) technique, in combination with standard optical techniques such as time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL)… To reference this document use: https://doi.org/10.4233/uuid:5d91d546-2b0b-401a-ac9a-de7dc60dd22d ISBN 978-94-028-1733-1 Part of collection Institutional Repository Document type doctoral thesis Rights © 2019 Dengyang Guo Files PDF Dengyang_Thesis.pdf 13.03 MB Close viewer /islandora/object/uuid:5d91d546-2b0b-401a-ac9a-de7dc60dd22d/datastream/OBJ/view
