 Abstract

This graduation thesis describes data centre real estate investments. Through the use of a constructed investment model the impact of specific building features are analyzed. This thesis describes the risk-return profile of the extraordinary real estate asset class of data centres, the impact of their specific building features and the implications for the real estate industry in general and the data centre industry in specific.
