Abstract of NL 8902116 (A) In a honeycomb core material for a sandwich construction, the common hexagonal walls are bonded together by a thermoplastic resin, and the free hexagonal walls carry a layer of the same resin and also a masking agent. - A number of plates of raw material are given strips of glue, are laid on one another, and are pressed to a block, with heating; the block is cut into strips of the required thickness and these are pulled apart. The plates are completely covered with a layer of a thermoplastic resin and are then covered with a layer of a masking agent, leaving free those strips which are to be glued together. The plates are then pressed to a block and cut. The resin has a processing temp. of above 150 deg.C and is esp. a polyether imide or sulphone, or a polysulphide
