Around the railway station of Schiphol, railway traffic is controlled by an automated dynamic traffic management system (DVM). This system is not optimal for the future service pattern of NS and NS Hispeed. My research explores the possibilities of a new DVM by analysing different rescheduling elements by means of microsimulations in OpenTrack.
