Superconductivity in the presence of microwaves: Full phase diagram

We address the problem of nonequilibrium superconductivity in the presence of microwave irradiation. Using contemporary analytical methods, we refine the old Eliashberg theory and generalize it to arbitrary temperatures T and frequencies ω.
