Space charges in nanostructured solar cells: CuInS2 thin films and CdSe quantum dots

Space charges in two heterojunctions (i.e., TiO2/CuInS2 and TiO2/QD-CdSe) are studied by means of impedance spectroscopy and capacitance studies. Several lattice defects are found.
