The proposed project is an architectural response to the diverse transformations and mutations in the built environment in the city of Tbilisi- Georgia. After having analyzed all the various transgressions, extensions, invasions, and appropriations in the city a re-assamblage of programatic components is proposed creating unexpected and surreal situations which serve the most specific and mundane issues that the citizens of East Tbilisi face on a daily basis.
