A variabie stability helicopter capable of altering its characteristics in the three rotational dcgrees of freedom as weil as the heave or vertical degree of freedom has been developed and utilized on a variety of V/STOL handling qualities research programs. This Report describes the simulator systems and outlines its capabilities.
