This document presents a qualitative research developed within the context of an organization that is well positioned in the Healthcare Imaging Industry. The methodology employed to collect data is a Multiple Case Study that was used to explore monitoring practices among four important projects. Interviews, corporate records and non-participatory observations were performed within the Case Study framework.
