Institution National Aerospace Laboratory NLR Date 1991-06-13 Abstract The features of a small spacecraft, Sloshsat, with instrumentation for motion diagnosis are described in Part I of this report. The spacecraft is the basic component of the Slosh Test Orbital Facility, STOF, a project submitted for realization in the ESA Technology Demonstration Programme, Phase 2. STOF has the growth potential for becoming a general facility for experimental spacecraft dynamics. In this Part II, STOF implementation aspects are discussed, including: description of the STOF system and subsystems, the STOF pre-cursor USM and selected STOF design aspects, description of the STOF experiment subsystems and functions, description of the STOF spacecraft and ground subsystems and functions, discussion on the use of non-space qualified components, and - identification of the total of the STOF activities from phase A/B to flight.
