While located underneath the Arena Madison Square Garden, challenges arise to counter the high congestion rates and bad way-finding followed by the dense program existing on the site. This graduation thesis projects explores a way to combine the Arena and Penn Station to work in symbiosis as a coherent entity. It tests the possibility for a future where Madison Square Garden remains on its prime location in the center of the Metropolis while both functions can continue to coexist.
