Abstract

In this thesis the influence of the physical design characteristics on the well-being of users (parents and medical professionals) in the NICU is studied. Discrete choice models, with vignettes, is used to assess the influence of the physical design characteristics on the well-being of users. This reveals the influence of severa NICU design characteristics on parents and medical professionals.
