Furthermore, it focuses on the fundamental significance of space formation in architectural design and aesthetics as well as the question of how Walter Gropius and Aldo van Eyck referred to space formation in their approaches towards architectural design and aesthetics separately, compared to each other, and in relation to the discussion of architectural space and space formation at the beginning of the twentieth century.
