Abstract

Based on the new policy of Shenzhen municipality, this project tries to transfer the urban village into the new social housing in the city. According to the human settlement design principles, this project will improve the spatial quality and renovate the commercial potential of urban village to help these isolated islands to integrate with the surrounding areas.
