Abstract

The focus of this report is on a new strategy to decentralise manufacturing through 3D Printing by local 3D Print shops (3D printing businesses) and 3D Hubs. I've identified the steps to develop a network of 3D Print shops that can be used for 3D Hubs to partner with consumer brands. To build the network of 3D print shops, the strategy is to pitch two features to the 3D print shops in a trial. These features are identified, developed and launched as MVP's during the graduation period. As expected, already 15 3D print shops installed the features in the first 1,5 week.
