Abstract

Curves are given of the vertical component of induced velocity. These are particularly suited to determining contour lines. A graph of contours of induced horizontal velocity is included, and reference is made to a report which gives curves of cable length for desired end points. By the use of these sets of curves, some details of trailing bomb apparatus to measure flight path angle can be obtained.
