Abstract

The building is the UN Environmental Council, the department of sustainability. Therefore the building should be sustainable itself. The building should have a clear position within the urban context of Manhattan. UNEC should also be open to the public with the measurement of the security, and also bring the nature to the new UNEC building. To create the new garden-like working environment, natural light and ventilation. views to the outside cooperate with the plan flexibility and passive cooling and heating system
