Abstract

In this master thesis project, the goal is to develop a valuable conceptual design for improving the luggage security protection problems. At the end of the project, this goal was achieved by a holistic solution which was an integrated conceptual luggage fulfilling the most important user needs of the targeted young traveler group regarding to various luggage security protecting problems. The concept was created and evaluated based on a series of research and deduction process including the analysis phase, conceptualization phase, prototyping phase and evaluating phase.
