Dit artikel gaat in op één van de lastigste problemen rondom de bouw van flexwoningen: het vinden van geschikte locaties en de rol die het gemeentelijk grondbeleid daarbij kan vervullen. De centrale vraag is: wat zijn de mogelijkheden van actief en faciliterend grondbeleid voor de bouw van flexwoningen?
