Abstract

The thesis concerns itself with a comparison of the state for Community Land Trusts between Germany and England. England has over 200 of such projects to present and Germany only one, founded in 2021. This leads to the question for reasoning. By contextualizing the current situation within the field of an historical derivation and an investigation of legal frameworks and case studies, this paper enables the reader to gain a thorough understanding of the topic.
