Abstract

The design of a toolbox aiming to take advantage of the use of a virtual reality tool (CONTROLS) for training purposes.The toolbox describes the steps that should be made during the preparation of a training session for TOS operators, the training provision, the evaluation sessions and the alternative choices the trainer/traning designer can make in each step.
