Abstract

The amount of Heat pumps in the Netherlands is on the rise mainly because of the climate accords that hope to abolish the use of natural gas. This project aims to improve upon the current design of heat pumps to answer to this increased market. This is done in collaboration with ThuisBaas and more specifically Errico Garofalo who created the concept design The Tree. This concept design is expanded upon and simulated in this master thesis.
