Abstract
The main objective of 3D-INLINE was to get a 3D in-line measurement system for in-line
quality control of mass production parts in the automotive industry running on the shop floor.
The project achieved the goal to provide a system for 100% quality control of mass parts
(machined lathe parts) based on complex 2¿D and 3D measurements under full industrial
conditions.
