Abstract
Sociale duurzaamheid is niet puur kwantitatief te meten. Het beoordelen of een gebiedsontwikkeling in sociaal opzicht is geslaagd, hangt af van je normatieve positie en de waarden die je centraal stelt. De vraag is vervolgens hoe die hebben bijgedragen aan het welzijn van de inwoners van het gebied.
