Abstract
This study examines the relationship between labour productivity growth and labour flexibility in Schumpeter Mark I and Mark II industries, with a focus on numerical and functional flexibility. Ordinary least square regressions were estimated using panel data from Dutch firms covering the years 2003-2009.
