Abstract
De Apple MacBook uit 2008 zat vol slimme innovaties. Een ‘multi-touch track pad’, LED ‘backlighting’, meer geheugen en rekenkracht, en een opvallend lange batterijlevensduur. Maar dat alles viel in het niet bij die ene innovatie: de ‘unibody’. Integraal gefreesd uit een blok massief aluminium was dit een ‘game changer’ in de behuizing van laptops.
