Abstract
A combined electric public transport and shared e-micromobility system forms a backbone for sustainable urban mobility, yet electrification introduces interacting uncertainties at every decision level. This dissertation embeds uncertainty modeling and passenger behavior jointly into optimization across strategic, tactical, and operational planning. The resulting models design bus charging infrastructure from sparse data, rebalance shared fleets toward perceived usability, and recommend door-to-door trips that remain executable under uncertainty.
