Abstract
Visual impairment is a global problem. In India, there are about 40 million visually impaired people, accounting for 20% of the world's blind population. However, the infrastructure and services to assist the blind are far from sufficient.there is a more important question before it, that is the blind people are not given enough attention in Navi Mumbai. On the one hand, because of the lack of infrastructure for blind people, they try to avoid exposure to danger. On the other hand, some prejudice and discrimination make them withdraw from the public eye most of the time. These cause them disconnected with us, physically, socially and economically. This peoject focus on these two aspects and try to give an answer by planning and design a mixed housing.
