Abstract
Minister Blok stuurde medio april zijn omstreden wetsvoorstel Kwaliteitsborging voor de bouw naar de Tweede Kamer. De consumentenorganisaties verenigd in de Woonalliantie wijzen het wetsontwerp als geheel af.
