Hybrid Frame: An urban program generator for a shrinking city

The design project based in Genova develops the possibility of reconnecting an urban void to the existing urban fabric, through the implementation of an architectural and infrastructural frame which is saturated with program, so that the new connection proposed becomes also a destination for the city.
