Industrial island in the North Sea

Extensive feasibility study for the construction of an artificial island in the North Sea, some 50 km offshore of Hook of Holland. Main purpose of this island was to create deep-water area for heavy industries. Contains legal and economic considerations, as well as a detailed design.
