Berm breakwater and quarry investigations in Iceland

The paper describes the design philosophy for rubble-mound berm breakwaters. The estimated yield from an armourstone quarry is used as an integrated part of the design in an attempt to optimize the utilization of the quarry. All size grades are used from the quarry.
