South Chicago: Ore Wall City

Urban master plan for the South Works site in South Chicago, an area fraught with social and economic issues. The master plan is developed into a detailed urban fragment, based on the tenets of the holistic city, that includes the building's immediate context. The building program is a halfway house which seeks to use the arts to heal.
