Understanding the causal relations in organizational structures of project teams: How simulations can contribute to better work processes

This thesis is about understanding organizational complexities that can occur during project execution. By focusing on the project team structures using a simulation modeling process, characteristics of project team structures were identified that influenced seven organizational complexities.
