This research studies the link between specific, physical and non-physical, building characteristics and the net rental income generated by the property. Special attention is paid to whether building characteristics that have shown to be decisive in acquisition strategies during the ‘pre-crisis’ period are still a relevant decision-making indicator in the ‘after-crisis’ period.
