As a result of urban renewal, the original occupant of the site, Parking 58, will be replaced by a modern glass building - the new city hall called Brucity. However, the winner does not address the complicated political situation of Brussels. The goal of the studio is to design a building on the same site that becomes a center - locus, forum, agora, palace - for local citizens' contact with administration and governance.
