Testing the design to performance requirements using BIM –Building Information Modeling- brings a great potential for every party involved in the development process. It is possible for all supply chain partners, including end users, to be involved in assessing the design and thereby actively participate in the decision making process directly from the start of the design process. To maximize this potential a process proposal is developed.
