This paper analyzed the feasibility of development of a GNSS signal quality monitoring system that utilizes observation data provided by a reference station network. We present an overview of possible data sources and analysis techniques that can be used. The details about the software prototype developed are provided. Finally, we elaborate on the system scalability and the steps to extend the capabilities.@en
