This "designers' manual" is made during the TIDO-course AR0531 Innovation and Sustainability This manual explains one of the many methods of design and fabrication of biomimicry design in structural element. Rethinking the way we design a column, by using topology optimization method to generate a material-efficient structure with a new innovative Ultra High Performance Concrete as a material and using an unconventional fabrication method with fabric form-work for concrete casting.
