This project explores the deployment of a High-Altitude PlatformSystems (HAPS) to deliver seamless, high-speed telecommunications coverage across the European Union (EU). Operating in the stratosphere, HAPS offers a flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional satellite or terrestrial infrastructure, particularly for underserved or hard-to-reach regions.
