The note summarizes the study and the results of two series of experiments, carried out in the laboratory, on the erosion of the mobile bottom downstream of a drain (model). Confirming the degree of reliability of the method followed and the final results, the formulas deduced are applied to the underlying erosions found in two cases on constructed works. Finally, some rules are presented to be followed in the model experiences for similar research.
