Abstract

In practice, scope management is hampered by several bottlenecks. In this thesis, these bottlenecks are identified and solutions to overcome them are presented in the form of a scope management implementation guide. This guide provides insight in the steps that must be followed, the responsible actor of each step and the bottlenecks that hamper each scope management step.
