Abstract
De Nederlandse woningmarkt is slecht toegankelijk, creëert vermogensongelijkheid en is grillig. Dat laatste is schadelijk voor onze economie. Bovendien is het huidige woonbeleid duur. Een grondige renovatie van het woonbeleid biedt een structurele oplossing.
