Abstract
The master thesis goes into measuring real life choice consumers make when choosing an inner city shopping centre. The preferences of over 600 consumers in The Netherlands and Germany have been measured using a discrete choice method. To improve the knowledge within the research method used, two different layouts were used to measure consumers' choices.
