Abstract
The project is a transformable architecture that has three different configurations. For each configuration there is a specific purpose-festival, theater school and cinema. Floating on the water facilitates the process of transformation from one scheme to another. Socially, locating on the Baaibuurten block, Zeeburgereiland, the building will serve the community especially for people's cultural and leisure life in 2050.
