Abstract

As the prosperous city in the world, New York City has the most dysfunctional transportation system. In this island the traffic efficiency is annoying and the capacity is limited. This project aims to be a Mixed using Transportation Complex for future as a Public shared from underground to upper ground that serves as the portal to the EV and provides future capacity for the new traffic volume and public life with green.
