Abstract
Master thesis represents alternative way of designing and building with compressed earth and compares it with classical earth construction methods. Research is focused on materials ultimate thermo-structural performance. Results of theoretical study have been translated into design proposal for a hotel building in Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
